CANCELLATION/NO SHOW:
No call no show requires 50% for service cost.
Less than 24 hour cancellation is 50% of service.
You are allowed 1 reschedule occurrence before you will not be able to book on the website.
EXTENSION PACKAGE POLICY:
All extension packages must be booked at least 4 business days before your desired appointment date to allow time for hair prep. If extensions need to be colored, please text me your name, appointment time and color.
You are more than welcome to bring in your own extensions from an approved vendor. I do not sew in amazon or beauty supply store, or synthetic bundles.
